Returns Process & Information
We value your satisfaction and want you to love your Rhizomatic Gardens purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
Eligibility:
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns within this timeframe.
How to Initiate a Return:
If your order shipped 30 days or less ago, contact us to receive your prepaid return label.
Returns After 30 Days:
Products returned between 31 and 60 days from the shipping date are eligible for a refund, but you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. No shipping expenses will be reimbursed for items returned during this period.
Steps for Returning Items (31-60 Days):

4. Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund and notify you via electronic transfer from the credit card processing company.
Processing Time:
Returns are processed within 2-4 business days after arriving at our warehouse. Delays may occur during weekends and holidays.
Returns After 60 Days
Returns initiated more than 60 days after the shipping date are not eligible for refunds due to our commitment to maintaining product quality and freshness.
Opened/Used Items
Only unopened products are eligible for returns within the designated return period. Opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded—no exceptions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us immediately at support@rhizomaticgardens.com with the following:
- Photos of the issue (if possible)
- The product’s Lot number (located on the packaging)
If the issue is verified, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days after processing the return. Depending on your bank, the funds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after ten business days:
1. Verify your bank account for updates.
2. Contact your bank for processing information.
3. Reach out to our customer service team if further assistance is needed.
Exchanges
Unopened items within 30 days of shipping are eligible for exchange:

- We will invoice you for the difference if the new item costs more.
- You will be refunded the difference if the new item costs less.
Shipping and handling fees apply for exchanges between 31 and 60 days. To exchange your product, follow the return steps mentioned above.
Third-Party Purchases (Amazon & Other Retailers)
Products purchased from third-party platforms, such as Amazon or iHerb, are subject to their respective return policies. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or guarantee satisfaction for purchases made through these retailers. Contact their customer support for assistance with damaged or defective items.
