Why I Started Rhizomatic Gardens...

I didn’t set out to start a wellness company, I set out to stay alive!

Years ago, I was a young father with four kids under the age of five, juggling life, work, and the quiet fear that something wasn’t right. Then came the diagnosis—a form of lymphoma that had gone undetected for nearly five years. It stopped everything. We took our family to Disney World, unsure if we were making memories... or saying goodbye.

But that wasn’t the end. That was the beginning.

What followed was a relentless, purpose-fueled pursuit of natural healing. I’m wired to ask questions, to connect patterns, to challenge the status quo. I turned to nature, to ancient wisdom, to the body’s own intelligence—and I found a way through.

I healed. And in the process, I discovered a new mission:
To help others reclaim their health with the same clarity, confidence, and conviction.

What I Discovered

Health is not a pill. It’s discipline and BALANCE!

My return to balance—a re-connection with what your body already knows how to do. Because the body is not only than you think, it's Smart'r than you can think!

I began “stacking” whole food nutrition with functional mushrooms, adaptogenic roots, and essential minerals. I combined this with energetic recalibration, movement, and mindset work. It wasn’t one thing—it was a rhizomatic approach: a non-linear, nature-inspired path to real wellness.
